Some items of couture clothing and jewellery are produced to order, especially for you, and may therefore have a slightly longer delivery time. Just look for the sign on the product page for specific delivery information.&lt;br /&gt;

Prince and Princess Petwear have high quality standards and we are sure that you will be happy with any purchase you place with us. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we offer a 21-day, no questions asked, returns/exchange policy on all of our products.&lt;br /&gt;
Please note that bespoke items such as Personalised Couture Clothing, or collars that have been adjusted using our Custom Fitting Service, are non returnable unless they are defective.&lt;br /&gt;

Products returned to us must be securely packaged, and in an unused, resalable condition, with any tags attached. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery. Postage costs on returns are the customer&#8217;s responsibility. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If requested, a full refund will be given to the value of the goods, less any postages costs, usually within 7 days upon receipt of the returned goods. Defective products will either be exchanged at no extra cost to the customer or a full refund (including postage charges) will be given.&lt;br /&gt;

If you wish to exchange a non-faulty product (i.e. for a different style/size/colour) then postage will be re-charged at your rate.
